Product Analytics Team – Data Scientist

Remote / Full time

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with global acceptance teams to design, develop, and maintain advanced reporting and data visualization capabilities for large datasets, supporting analytics across products, markets, and services.

  • Translate business requirements into clear solution specifications and deliver high-quality, timely results.

  • Utilize tools for manipulating large-scale databases, synthesizing data insights, and presenting findings through Tableau/PowerBI dashboards, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Apply quality control, data validation, and cleansing processes to new and existing data sources.

All About You:

  • Experience in data management, mining, analytics, reporting, and quantitative analysis.

  • Financial Institution or Payments experience is a plus.

  • Proficient in Advanced SQL coding.

  • Familiarity with Platforms/Environments: SQL Server, Microsoft BI Stack, Python.

  • Bonus for experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

  • Experience in building data models is a plus.

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI; Tableau Certification is advantageous.

  • Exposure to Hadoop environments is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills.

  • In-depth technical knowledge, ability to learn new technologies, and a drive for continuous improvement.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Team player with excellent communication skills; able to interact with management, internal stakeholders, and collect requirements..

  • Ability to perform in a team, use judgment, and operate under ambiguity.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics; M.S./M.B.A. preferred.
